Having trouble with the games on Pixel Populace? Read through this help guide:

If the game loads but it plays choppy or slow, try this:

• Try to reduce the quality settings. Right click on the game and a menu will appear (if the creator did not disable it). You will see a option "quality": click it, and select one of the lower quality levels. You can choose between: High - Medium - Low.

If the game isn't working, try the following:

• Click on the game. A flash game has to be selected for you to be able to play it.
• Make sure that you have the latest flash player installed. You can download it at: http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer
• Clear out your browser cache. Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Temporary internet files - Delete files. Then go back to the game and refresh your browser.
• If you are still having trouble, contact us. We might be able to help you. Be sure to tell us the name of the game you're having trouble with, what operation system you're using and what web browser you're using. Explain with as much detail possible what the problem is.
